INF-Transmission Line Construction

Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, and equipment for the construction of a transmission line in accordance with LES Specifications T-26-04. The project scope encompasses complete transmission line construction services with all associated labor and equipment needs.

Successful bidders must meet the following requirements and submit the specified documentation: (1) complete and execute the LES Standard Construction Contract; (2) provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the contract from an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, with LES listed as additional insured for general liability and including waiver of subrogation; (3) furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating; and (4) return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form.

Key deadlines for this procurement are as follows: bid documents became available on April 29, 2026 at 12:05 PM CST. The clarification deadline is May 12, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST. Bids are due on May 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST. All questions and clarifications must be submitted through the bid portal under the clarifications tab. The bid process uses a two-step unsealing approach and is classified as an informal bid type.
