  • All attendees at the in-person pre-bid meeting must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hardhat, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes. Hearing protection (ear plugs) will be provided.
  • The non-mandatory Microsoft Teams meeting on February 11, 2026 is highly encouraged for all prospective respondents to review contract specifications and clarify RFP requirements.
