Inspection, Maintenance & Repair Services for CNG Fueling Station

The City of Pasadena's Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is soliciting bids for comprehensive inspection, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and emergency repair services for the CNG fueling station and all related components located at the City of Pasadena Maintenance Yard. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the compressed natural gas fueling infrastructure serving the city's fleet.

This is a Labor and Materials (LM) contract issued under the competitive bidding process (PMC 4.08.045). Bidders must submit responses by April 2, 2024 at 22:00 (10:00 PM) Pacific Time. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for February 7, 2024 at 17:00 (5:00 PM). The Q&A deadline for submitting written questions is February 12, 2024 at 23:00 (11:00 PM).

Submissions must include all required forms and certifications, including Material and Labor Bond Form, Faithful Performance Bond Form, Relevant Experience Form, subcontractor listings, and federal certifications. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience with CNG fueling station services and comply with all City requirements, HUD requirements, and federal terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation documents.
