Instrumentation and Controls for RC3L

The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is requesting proposals to provide instrumentation and controls services for the RC3L project. The scope includes design, procurement, installation, and integration of instrumentation and controls systems, along with any ancillary electrical and mechanical services necessary to successfully complete the project. The District will provide three owner-furnished actuators that must be integrated with the existing system.

Key project deliverables include system design documentation, equipment procurement and delivery, installation of all instrumentation and control components, testing and commissioning of the integrated system, and training of District personnel. The work must comply with all applicable codes, standards, and District specifications as detailed in the technical exhibits provided.

Important dates for this procurement include a Pre-Proposal Conference scheduled for April 26, 2024 at 3:00 PM, a Questions and Answers deadline of May 2, 2024 at 10:00 PM (Central Time), and a Proposal Submission deadline of May 9, 2024 at 7:00 PM (Central Time). Respondents should review all technical documents including the REXA Submittal and RC3L Floor Plan exhibits prior to preparing their proposals.

All proposals must be submitted through the designated procurement portal. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, request clarifications, and conduct site visits as needed. Award will be based on evaluation criteria detailed in the full RFP document, which includes technical qualifications, cost, project timeline, and experience with similar installations.
