Instrumentation & Controls - SCADA Equipment, Maintenance & Repairs

The City of St. Petersburg, Florida seeks qualified Offerors to submit Statements of Qualifications for applications programming services, hardware, software, support services, repairs, and training for the continued expansion and maintenance of the Water Resources Department's Instrumentation and Control (I&C) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. This Request for Qualifications is intended to establish a list of pre-qualified Offerors to provide specialized services on an as-needed basis.

The scope of work encompasses hardware procurement, software solutions, applications programming, technical support services, equipment repairs, and staff training related to SCADA and instrumentation systems. The City reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to add qualified contractors at any time. Contractors are required to provide applicable information demonstrating their qualifications and capabilities.

Once specific projects are determined, contractors will be asked to provide quotes based on the City's small purchase policy. The procurement covers various construction and service contract thresholds, including special terms for construction projects ranging from under $50,000 to exceeding $2,000,000, as well as service contracts exceeding $200,000. This is a blanket qualification process designed to pre-qualify vendors for multiple future task orders.
