DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) located in Houston, TX, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform monthly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance, inspection, and testing of all GE-Zenith and Mustang CAT Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and Paralleling Switch Gear (PSG). This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238210. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of quote submission and date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed for registration. Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to james.hunt2@va.gov, to be received no later than 4:30pm CT, Friday, November 11, 2022. Questions submitted after this date/time may not be answered. As indicated on the cover page, all quotes must include the following to be considered for award: - Contractor�s business name (as registered in SAM) - Contractor�s address (as registered in SAM) - Contractor�s unique entity ID (as registered in SAM) - Contractor�s Point of Contact (POC) Name - POC phone number - POC email address - Completed Price Schedule (Solicitation Section B.1) - Completed Technical Capability Questionnaire (Attachment 3) - Completed Solicitation Provision 52.204-24 (Solicitation Section E.1) - Completed Solicitation Provision 52.209-7 (Solicitation Section E.2) - Completed Solicitation Provision 52.212-3 (Solicitation Section E.6). Complete and return only paragraph (b)(2) of this provision if your annual representations and certifications in SAM, have been entered or updated in the last 12 months, are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation (including the business size standard(s) applicable to the NAICS code(s) referenced for this solicitation), at the time this offer is submitted. SITE VISIT: Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site(s) where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
