Joint Use Pole Audit

The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking qualified contractors to conduct a comprehensive joint use pole audit. This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits sealed proposals for the furnishing of joint use pole audit services in accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work.

Proposals must be submitted through the IonWave platform. Proposals received via email will not be accepted. All submissions must fully comply with the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work document. The audit will assess joint use poles to identify condition, compliance, and other relevant factors as specified in the detailed scope.

Key dates for this opportunity include a question cutoff date of May 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM (ET), allowing bidders to submit inquiries prior to this deadline. The final proposal submission deadline is May 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM (ET). Bidders are required to provide responses in full compliance with all bid documents including the Instructions to Bidders, Terms and Conditions, and Scope of Work.

The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities or technicalities, and accept any proposal in whole or in part based on its best judgment. Bidders must be registered as suppliers and comply with all applicable regulations including the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. All supporting documentation including a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance is required with submission.
