The Keslinger Road Substation upgrade project involves the removal of existing 12kV buss work, reclosures, and control house, with installation of a new Power Distribution Cabinet (PDC). The new PDC will include a 12kV main bus and four 12kV circuit breakers, with provisions to expand to a total of six 12kV circuit breakers in the future. The project scope includes installation of relaying, Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), and related communications equipment.
The consultant is responsible for providing comprehensive design and project management services for the entire substation upgrade. This includes engineering design, coordination of equipment specifications, construction oversight, and overall project administration through completion.
