Bidders must complete the unit price schedule for all line items, including furnished-and-installed pricing per each and per linear foot. The contract will be awarded based on the bid evaluation, with KEYS reserving the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and award by line item, section, or in whole. Bids must remain irrevocable after the time announced for opening. The successful bidder must comply with KEYS access policies for personnel and carry out all work in accordance with the specifications.
