Keystone North Segment – MATERIALS ONLY

Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) is requesting quotes for materials required for underground utility work in the Keystone North Segment project located in Keystone Heights, Florida. This procurement is for materials only and requires vendors to submit firm quotations that remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the quote submission date.

Vendors must reference the approved material manual for acceptable material types and specifications. All materials will be delivered to CCUA's Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 3176 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL 32068, with 48-hour advance notice required prior to delivery. CCUA reserves the right to adjust quantities as operationally necessary, with any adjustments subject to the terms, conditions, and pricing established in the quotation.

As a tax-exempt entity under Florida Statutes Section 212, CCUA will not pay sales tax. All tariffs, duties, taxes, and related charges must be clearly identified and itemized in the submitted quotation. No increases, surcharges, or additional costs related to tariffs or duties will be honored or paid unless explicitly included in the original quotation and acknowledged on the resulting Purchase Order.
