Keystone North Segment – MATERIALS ONLY

Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) is requesting quotes for materials required for underground utility work in Keystone Heights, Florida. This is a materials-only procurement for the Keystone North Segment project (Job 24011WP). Materials will be delivered to CCUA's WTP (Water Treatment Plant) in Keystone Heights, FL and require 48-hour advance notice prior to delivery.

CCUA reserves the right to adjust quantities as deemed necessary to meet operational needs. Any quantity adjustments shall remain subject to the terms, conditions, and pricing established in the quotation. Vendors must reference the approved material manual for types of materials approved by CCUA and must submit quotations with all tariffs, duties, taxes, and related charges clearly identified and itemized. No increases, surcharges, or additional costs related to tariffs or duties will be honored unless explicitly included in the original quotation and acknowledged on the resulting Purchase Order.

CCUA is tax-exempt under Florida Statutes Section 212 and is not subject to sales tax. Submission deadline is May 26, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Quotations should include pricing and approved equivalents sections as outlined in the solicitation documents.
