The City of Geneva is soliciting bids for the exterior and interior abrasive blasting and repainting of the Kirk Road Water Tower. The project scope includes exterior abrasive blasting and repaint work, interior dry spot abrasive blasting and repainting, logo repainting, overflow pipe adjustment, installation of a frost-proof aluminum roof vent, access tube air gap cover installation, deflector bars installation on the fill pipe within the wet interior, interior wet roof hatch repairs, mud valve installation, and restoration work. Additional items include antenna removal and other related work as detailed in the bid documents.
All work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the bid documents and addenda.
