LABORATORY FACILITY – HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT

This project involves the replacement of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems at a laboratory facility operated by Brownsville Public Utilities. The scope includes the removal of existing HVAC equipment and installation of new replacement systems to meet current operational and efficiency standards.

The project includes comprehensive construction plans and specifications that were made available to bidders. Three addenda were issued during the bidding process to clarify requirements and provide additional information. Bid tabulations documenting all submitted proposals and evaluation results are available for public review.

Submission of bids was required by the specified deadline, with all documentation to be submitted in accordance with the procurement procedures established by Brownsville Public Utilities. The project was competitively bid with multiple contractors invited to submit proposals for the work.
