Laundry-to-Landscape (L2L) Direct Installer for Residential Customers

The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department is seeking a qualified, experienced vendor to implement a direct install Laundry-to-Landscape Program (L2L) for PWP customers. The vendor will conduct on-site technical visits to assess feasibility of L2L systems for potential customers, provide design recommendations, execute laundry-to-landscape greywater system installations, and provide maintenance services upon request. The program targets installation of a minimum of 100 residential L2L systems over the contract period, with an annual goal of 25 systems. Each L2L system is estimated to save 17,500 gallons of water annually by redirecting greywater from laundry systems to irrigation purposes, allowing customers to offset potable water consumption.
