LevelTen Energy is issuing a capacity solicitation on behalf of Deca Companies, a real estate and data center development firm, to manage an Accredited Capacity purchase process for Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD). The RFP seeks capacity-only agreements for qualifying generation or storage assets with a minimum preferred volume of 25+ MW of Accredited Capacity.
The solicitation is open to any qualifying generation or storage asset type and is being conducted through the SPP market, with preference for SPP North / Nebraska locations. The target contract start date is Q1 2028. Proposals must be submitted through the LevelTen Energy Platform by April 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT. A webinar is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 10:30 AM PT to provide additional information about LevelTen's Deca Companies RFP and Capacity+ offerings.
