Library Vehicle Lease

The Pasadena Public Library seeks qualified vendors to submit bids for the lease of one (1) all-electric, new and unused Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) for use by City-employed security staff conducting routine patrols across various library branches. The lease term is expected to be five (5) years. Submission and Evaluation:
Bidders must submit complete proposals including all required forms, certifications, and documentation as outlined in the bid package. Submissions must include declaration of noncolusion, federal required certifications, disclosure of lobbying activities, Unique Entity ID (SAM), and technical questionnaires. Evaluation will be conducted according to the competitive bidding process outlined in Pasadena Municipal Code 4.08.045.
