The Generation Procurement Entity (GPE) is seeking proposals for the supply of up to 100 MW (net) of electricity generation from renewable energy resources on a Build, Own and Operate (BOO) basis. This RFP invites qualified independent power producers and renewable energy developers to design, construct, own, and operate renewable generation facilities that will deliver electricity to the GPE.

The project encompasses the development of utility-scale renewable energy generation capacity, with potential technologies including but not limited to solar photovoltaic systems, wind generation, or other renewable energy resources. Respondents are expected to provide comprehensive proposals detailing project design, construction timelines, operational capabilities, pricing structures, and long-term operational commitments.

The BOO structure requires the selected respondent(s) to assume responsibility for all aspects of facility development, including permitting, financing, construction, and ongoing operations and maintenance throughout the contract term.
