Liquid Propane Gas

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (PW-BSFMD) is seeking a vendor to provide Liquid Propane Gas (LPG) supply services. This procurement is issued as an Informal Selection solicitation under municipal code PMC 4.08.050.

Vendors must submit proposals that include pricing information and relevant experience documentation demonstrating their ability to supply LPG to municipal operations. Proposals must comply with all City of Pasadena requirements, including federal contract provisions, insurance requirements, and IT security questionnaires.

The City requires vendors to meet all insurance requirements and comply with HUD requirements as applicable to federally-funded programs.
