Liquid Propane Gas

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (PW-BSFMD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Liquid Propane Gas (LPG) supply and related services. This informal selection procurement is intended to establish a vendor relationship for the supply of propane gas to support the city's fleet and building operations.

Vendors must submit a Relevant Experience Form demonstrating their capability to supply liquid propane gas. The proposal must include a pricing proposal on the required invoice format specified by PW-BSFMD. All submissions must comply with federal contract provisions, HUD requirements, and city procurement regulations. Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance and complete all required federal forms including Disclosure of Lobbying Activities and Unique Entity ID (SAM) documentation.

The procurement follows PMC 4.08.050 (Informal Selection) guidelines. Vendors must demonstrate relevant experience in propane gas supply operations. A technical questionnaire from the Department of Information Technology must be completed. All submissions must follow the specified submittal instructions and checklist provided in the procurement documents.

Key dates include a Q&A deadline of August 3, 2023 at 7:00 PM and a proposal submission deadline of August 8, 2023 at 10:00 PM.
