The City of Longmont is seeking a qualified vendor to implement and operate a microtransit pilot program. This is a Best Value Approach (BVA) procurement method, which is a unique evaluation process. The City will provide training at the Pre-Proposal Conference to ensure vendors understand and properly apply the BVA methodology.
The contract is for a one-year duration with two optional renewal periods. The program is federally funded and vendors must carry appropriate insurance. Proposals must be submitted electronically and must include all required attachments for evaluation.
Key dates include a Pre-Proposal Conference on April 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM MDT via Microsoft Teams (attendance recommended), question acceptance deadline of April 18, 2024 at 5:00 PM MDT, and proposal submission deadline of May 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM MDT. Questions are submitted online.
