Maintenance and Repairs, Industrial

The City of St. Petersburg Water Resources Department is soliciting bids from qualified, licensed firms to provide supplemental as-needed industrial maintenance services. This is an invitation for bid (IFB) for ongoing maintenance and repair work at water resource facilities throughout the city.

The solicitation covers industrial maintenance services across multiple facility locations operated by the Water Resources Department. Qualified bidders must be licensed firms capable of providing supplemental maintenance on an as-needed basis. The scope includes various maintenance and repair tasks at the identified facilities listed in Attachment A.

Key dates for this solicitation include a Q&A deadline of December 30, 2024 at 5:00 PM and a proposal submission deadline of January 14, 2025 at 8:00 PM. Pre-proposal meetings have been scheduled, and additional information is available in the detailed solicitation documents. Special terms apply based on construction value, with separate conditions for contracts under $50,000, between $50,000-$999,999, between $1,000,000-$2,000,000, and exceeding $2,000,000. Service contracts exceeding $200,000 have additional special terms. Requirements include background checks, compliance with Florida Trench Safety Act, and proof of required insurance coverage.
