Maintenance Support Services

Energy Northwest is soliciting bids for Maintenance Support Services through RFP No. 716174. This addendum (Addendum No. 1, dated January 7, 2026) provides clarifications and scheduling updates to the original solicitation.

Prospective bidders are required to acknowledge this addendum on their bid form to ensure compliance with the revised RFP documents. The solicitation includes a mandatory teleconference component to allow potential bidders to gain clarity on project requirements and scope.

Key Dates and Deadlines:

• Second Teleconference (Optional): January 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM (local Richland, WA time), held virtually via MS Teams. This teleconference is not required for bidders who attended the first teleconference or participated in an in-person session.
• Questions Submission Deadline: January 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM (local Richland, WA time). All questions must be submitted via email; questions received after this deadline will not receive responses. Answers to submitted questions will be provided in a subsequent addendum to all bidders.
• Proposal Submission Deadline: January 29, 2026 at 1:00 PM (local Richland, WA time). Bids must be submitted via email; proposals received after the deadline may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Energy Northwest.

Bidders are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all available information. Failure to do so does not relieve bidders of their responsibility to properly estimate the difficulties and costs associated with performing the work outlined in the solicitation.
