• Bid Opening: Will take place on the Bid Express website; no public opening will be held

Submission Instructions: Vendors must be registered with Bid Express to view and submit the RFQ. Bidders should visit https://www.bidexpress.com and search for GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFQ 3614. A fee is required to upload quotes/proposals. No bids or proposals will be accepted via phone, mail, fax, or email. Questions must be submitted through the Bid Express website and will NOT be answered via phone, fax, or email.

This is a sealed bid process with all bidding activity conducted electronically through the Bid Express platform.
