Mobile Dielectric Testing of Rubber Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Cover-Up Equipment (On-Site at City of Granbury)

The City of Granbury is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide on-site mobile dielectric testing services for rubber personal protective equipment (PPE) and cover-up equipment. The selected contractor shall furnish all mobile testing equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and qualified personnel necessary to perform the required services in compliance with all applicable safety standards and requirements outlined in the scope of work.

The contractor must provide unit pricing for each testing category and coordinate all on-site service scheduling with the City of Granbury. All work shall be performed in a professional, safe, and orderly manner in accordance with applicable electrical safety regulations. Subcontracting of services is not permitted without prior written approval from the City. The contractor shall be responsible for any damages resulting from equipment failure, negligence, or errors associated with performance of the work.

The contractor must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage at its own expense, including workers' compensation, property damage, automobile liability, and public liability insurance for the entire duration of work. The City of Granbury shall be named as an additional insured on all applicable policies, and the vendor shall provide a waiver of subrogation where applicable. Minimum required coverage limits include General Public Liability of $1,000,000 (Bodily Injury and Property Damage), Automobile Liability of $1,000,000 (Bodily Injury and Property Damage), and Workers' Compensation at statutory limits. Proof of current Certificate of Insurance must be provided prior to commencement of work.
