The construction will be performed in phases to allow continuous operation of the existing pumphouse. This requirement will include, but will not be limited to, preparation and/or performance for, submittals, field investigations, site visits, meetings and providing construction meeting minutes to the COR, staff interviews, phasing/scheduling, utility shutdowns, infection control measures and other related information and services. Based on history of VA Long Beach Campus, there is a likelihood of asbestos within the existing pumphouse.
