NYSERDA is building a network of contractors to deliver energy efficiency and beneficial electrification upgrades across New York's multifamily residential portfolio, including work funded through the Inflation Reduction Act Home Energy Rebates program. Participating Contractors gain direct access to developer and building owner projects while supporting NYSERDA's growing slate of retrofit and electrification initiatives. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with ongoing training and program updates provided to network members.
