New Instrument Trailer - Glenarm Power Plant

The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide and install a new office trailer at the Glenarm Power Plant location (85 E State Street, Pasadena, CA 91105). This is a labor and materials procurement under the competitive bidding process (PMC 4.08.045).

Key submission requirements include: Faithful Performance Bond, Material and Labor Bond, Relevant Experience Form documenting past project experience, subcontractor listing, declaration of non-collusion, disclosure of lobbying activities, DoIT Technical Questionnaire, and SAM Unique Entity ID documentation. Bidders must provide detailed cost proposals and comply with all federal contract provisions and HUD requirements.

Important dates include a pre-proposal meeting on July 27, 2023 at 4:00 PM, questions and answers deadline of August 15, 2023 at 9:00 PM, and proposal submission deadline of August 21, 2023 at 9:00 PM. Technical drawings and project specifications are provided in the attached documents.

The procurement follows the Master Labor and Materials Contract template dated December 29, 2021. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience with similar projects and comply with all City requirements, insurance requirements, and applicable federal terms and conditions.
