New Sunshine Substation Construction

The City of Gallup, New Mexico is seeking a qualified contractor for the construction of the New Sunshine Substation. This project is for a new power substation in replacement of existing dated substation. Scope of services includes grading site, minor access road grading, construction of underground and above ground facilities including ground grid, conduits, foundations, structural steel erection, high and medium equipment installation, bus work, control cables, terminations and testing. This project aims to improve the reliability and performance of the electrical distribution system. The city is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide the full construction of the new substation.
