New Test Equipment and Calibration Services

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is soliciting sealed responses for the procurement of new electrical test equipment and manufacturer-certified calibration services. The selected vendor must supply specified test instruments, perform all required calibrations, and provide comprehensive documentation verifying calibration accuracy, traceability, and compliance with NIST or equivalent standards.

WSCC operates and maintains a wide range of electrical systems at treatment facilities, pumping stations, laboratories, and within distribution and collection systems. The test equipment and calibration services are critical to support electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety testing operations throughout WSSC's water and wastewater infrastructure. The accuracy and dependability of these instruments are essential to ensuring uninterrupted service, operational safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

This procurement will enable WSSC to enhance system reliability, reduce operational risk, and maintain high standards of performance in the delivery of safe and dependable water and wastewater services to the community. Vendors must meet minimum qualifications and comply with all submission requirements, including completion of vendor questionnaires and participation in minority business enterprise (MBE) and small local business enterprise (SLBE) programs as applicable.

Key Dates: Q&A Deadline is April 14, 2026 at 6:00 pm. Proposal responses must be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater prior to 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted.
