Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection Services for Austin Energy

The City of Austin is soliciting proposals for non-destructive testing and inspection services to support Austin Energy operations. The scope of work includes testing and inspection services at Power Plants, District Cooling Plants, vendor facilities, and Right-of-Way projects. Services will encompass non-destructive examination and testing activities required to assess equipment condition, ensure operational integrity, and support maintenance and capital planning activities across the utility's infrastructure portfolio.

Vendors must submit comprehensive proposals that demonstrate capability to perform specialized non-destructive testing methodologies. The submission must include detailed pricing information provided on the Pricing Submittal form, along with completed Offer and Certifications documentation. All proposals must comply with the City of Austin's Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWDBE) participation requirements and other local business considerations outlined in the solicitation documents.
