Non-Energy Impacts of Integrated Energy Retrofit Packages from the Equitable Building Decarbonization Program

Key dates include a pre-application workshop on April 24, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (remote access only), a questions deadline of May 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM, and a submission deadline of July 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Applicants must submit applications through the new Energy Commission Agreement Management System (ECAMS) portal and must have or create a user account prior to submission.
