The Northern Colorado Regional Airport Terminal project consists of an approximately 19,600 square foot new building construction. Construction is currently in progress, and interior furnishings are required to complete the facility. This bid solicitation covers furniture items as specified on the bid form and shown on the furnishing plan provided by the City of Loveland.
All prospective vendors must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for June 17, 2024 at 2:00 PM MDT at 4900 Earhart Road, Loveland, Colorado 80538. Bids will only be considered from firms that attend this mandatory conference. Prospective bidders should plan to review the project documents and furnishing specifications in advance of the pre-bid meeting.
Bids must be submitted electronically through cityofloveland.org and must be received no later than June 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM MDT. The City will not consider any bids received after the deadline, as determined by the City email server. The City is not responsible for delays in transmission or delivery.
Award may be made on an all or none basis, or the City reserves the right to award by individual line item. All awarded vendors must carry appropriate insurance as required by the City. Complete bid documents, furnishing plans, and specifications are available for download.
