NY Green Bank Eligible Purchaser Pool

NY Green Bank (NYGB) is seeking to create a pool of pre-approved investors (Eligible Purchasers) that will be eligible to place bids to purchase NYGB-originated loans and investments that NYGB offers to sell from time to time. Through this RFP, NYGB seeks proposals from investors that meet the EPP Eligibility Criteria as defined in the solicitation. When NYGB identifies an investment to sell to one or more Eligible Purchasers in the EPP, it will provide certain information necessary for members of the EPP to review the Investment and make a bid for purchase. NYGB intends to use the Standard Terms and Conditions for Trade Confirmations published by the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) to document the sale of Investments available at the LSTA's website.
