NYSERDA Renewable Energy Standard

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is seeking proposals for the purchase of New York Tier 1 eligible renewable energy certificates (RECs) under the Renewable Energy Standard program. This RFP solicits qualified renewable energy producers and project developers to submit proposals for the supply of renewable energy certificates that meet New York's Tier 1 eligibility requirements.

Tier 1 eligible renewable energy includes electricity generated from wind, solar, and other qualifying renewable energy sources that meet specific regulatory and environmental standards established by New York State. The program is designed to increase the proportion of electricity generated from new renewable energy sources and support the development of renewable energy infrastructure within New York State.
