Oils and Lubricants

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking bids from qualified vendors to supply and deliver various types of oils and lubricants on an as-needed basis for multiple city departments and facilities. The procurement covers continuous supply requirements for Fleet Management, Golf Courses, Sanitation, Water Resources, and COSME's Water Treatment Plant located in Odessa, Florida.

The City requires these products to support fleet and machinery operations across multiple critical services. As a first responder organization, the City maintains fire and rescue vehicles, police vehicles, sanitation vehicles for debris removal and health and safety purposes, and generators for water treatment that supplies potable water and reclamation facilities.

Key submission dates include a Q&A deadline of June 4, 2025 at 7:00 PM and a proposal submission deadline of June 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM. Proposals should be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal. Vendor qualifications, cost proposals, insurance requirements, and background check compliance are required components of the bid submission.
