The City of Longmont is requesting proposals for on-call environmental abatement, electrical, low-voltage cabling, painting, and plumbing/mechanical services. The City's goal is to ensure the efficient operation, safety, and upkeep of its facilities through timely and high-quality maintenance support. This is a five-year contract opportunity.
Proposers must submit a cover letter, Attachment A (Acknowledgement), and Attachment B (Exceptions) as mandatory documents. Attachment C (Proposal Documents) is optional but must be submitted for each service category the proposer wishes to bid on. Separate copies of Attachment C must be submitted for each service: environmental abatement, electrical, low-voltage cabling, painting, or plumbing and mechanical.
The question acceptance deadline is December 27, 2024 at 5:00 PM MST, and the bid closing date is January 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM MST. Questions are submitted online. All proposers must have insurance and provide local service. Bid submission is electronic.
