On-Call Well Repair and Maintenance

Zone 7 Water Agency (Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District) seeks sealed bids for on-call well repair and maintenance services. The project covers facilities located in Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin, California. This is a construction public work project (District Project No. 318-26) that will be managed through a comprehensive bid process with detailed specifications, requirements, and contract terms.

Bidders must submit sealed bids no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, February 27, 2026. All bids will be received and opened at the Zone 7 office in Livermore. The bid opening procedures are outlined in Document 00200 (Instructions to Bidders). Pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for February 17, 2026 at 6:30 pm, and the Q&A deadline is February 20, 2026 at 10:00 pm.

The contract documents include comprehensive sections covering general requirements, specifications, conditions, insurance, safety procedures, training requirements, and project closeout procedures. Bidders must provide statements of qualifications for construction work, schedule of major equipment and material suppliers, non-collusion affidavits, and performance bonds. Construction performance bonds and labor/material payment bonds are required. The District will evaluate bids according to standard procurement procedures and issue a Notice of Award followed by Notice to Proceed upon contract execution.

All bidders must comply with apprenticeship program requirements, stormwater management and erosion control standards, site security and safety protocols, and traffic control procedures. Detailed submittal procedures, testing and inspection requirements, and project record documentation requirements are specified in the contract documents.
