Operation and Maintenance of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Station

The City of St. Petersburg Sanitation Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services for a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling station. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary to maintain the facility in accordance with the manufacturer's original specifications and performance standards. The station is estimated to compress approximately 125,000 Diesel Gallon Equivalents (DGEs) per month.

The scope of work includes preventative maintenance services for all facility systems including CNG compressors, natural-gas dryers, CNG dispensers, and PLC-based equipment controllers. The contractor shall perform weekly inspections of the facility and submit inspection reports with monthly invoices. Service technicians must have a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in the maintenance of CNG fueling facilities and related equipment.

Key project dates include a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for May 15, 2024 at 5:00 PM, a questions and answers deadline of June 4, 2024 at 7:00 PM, and a proposal submission deadline of June 11, 2024 at 7:00 PM.
