Palmdale Water District PPA RFP

The Palmdale Water District is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to design, engineer, procure, construct, interconnect, commission, maintain, operate, and own solar photovoltaic systems and battery energy storage systems at one or more designated project sites. Respondents must demonstrate capability to develop turnkey renewable energy solutions including full system integration and long-term operational responsibility.
