Parts & Supplies for Gas Compressors

Pasadena Water and Power (PWP), a department of the City of Pasadena, is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver parts and supplies for the overhaul of two Gemini E602 15 x 11 gas compressor units for the Glenarm Power Plant. The Glenarm Power Plant operates five natural gas-fired combustion turbine units: GT-1 and GT-2 are 1970s-era Curtiss-Wright simple cycle gas turbines rated at 26 MW each; GT-3 and GT-4 are GE LM6000 simple cycle gas turbines with 47 MW capacity each; and GT-5 is a combined cycle unit featuring a GE LM6000 gas turbine and Shin Nippon Steam Turbine with total combined capacity of 71 MW. These units primarily provide power generation during peak demand periods.

The procurement follows the Materials and Supplies competitive bidding template (PMC 4.08.045) and requires vendors to provide documentation of technical qualifications, federal certifications, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Bidders must submit a Technical Questionnaire (DoIT form), Declaration of Non-Collusion, Federal Required Certifications, Unique Entity ID from SAM, HUD Federal Package documentation, Emergency FEMA Terms and Conditions, Disclosure of Lobbying Activities, and Section 3 package if applicable.
