Pasadena Hydrogen Fueling Station Feasibility Study

The City of Pasadena Transportation Department is requesting quotes to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study to evaluate three City-owned locations and identify the most ideal candidate for developing a hydrogen fueling station. This study will assess the technical, economic, and operational viability of establishing hydrogen fueling infrastructure at designated City properties.

Submittals must include completion of the Relevant Experience Form (Form B), disclosure of lobbying activities (Form C), and verification of Unique Entity ID from SAM registration (Form D). Respondents must provide site assessment and location evaluations for the three City-owned properties designated as AA1, AA2, and AA3, along with a detailed pricing proposal for the study services.
