Pest Control Services for the Power Plant

The City of Pasadena Water & Power Department is seeking pest control services for the Glenarm Power Plant located at 85 East State Street, Pasadena, California. The selected vendor will provide monthly pest control services to maintain the facility in compliance with health and safety standards. The service scope includes routine pest control treatments, monitoring, and documentation to ensure effective pest management at the power generation facility.

Proposals must include relevant experience with similar power plant or industrial facility pest control contracts, current licensing and certifications, and a detailed pricing proposal. Vendors must be licensed pest control operators in the State of California and meet all federal and local compliance requirements. The selection will be conducted using an informal selection process per PMC 4.08.050.

Key dates: Questions and answers deadline is November 3, 2025 at 9:00 PM. Proposal submissions are due by November 12, 2025 at 11:00 PM. All submissions must be made through the OpenGov procurement portal.
