Planning Contingency Database and Data Dictionary Application_03-26_JT_Public

ERCOT is seeking a qualified software supplier to modernize its Planning Contingency Database and Planning Data Dictionary application. The procurement will identify and contract with a vendor to provide a software tool that enhances ERCOT's planning infrastructure and data management capabilities.

Proposals must be submitted through Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) platform. All respondents are required to create a free supplier account by accessing https://us.workdayspend.com/rfps/public/1143349 and following the account creation instructions. The WSS platform will be used for viewing proposal details, asking questions through the message center, inviting team members for collaboration, and submitting RFP responses.

Key timeline dates include: RFP Release on March 24, 2026; Notice of Intent to Propose due March 31, 2026; Respondent Questions due March 31, 2026; Response to Questions on April 2, 2026; and Proposals due April 15, 2026. Respondent presentations, contract award, and contract start dates are to be determined.
