The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to MMLD based on price and other evaluation factors outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders agree that their bids shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays) after bid opening. MMLD reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to take whatever other action is deemed to be in the best interest of MMLD.
