Prefabricated Control Building for a 345kV Substation, Princeton Road Station

Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) is soliciting sealed bids for the design, fabrication, and delivery of one prefabricated control building measuring 28 feet by 80 feet for the Princeton Road Station 345 kV Substation. The contractor shall provide all planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, assembly, and demobilization necessary to deliver the factory-prefabricated control building with all components and miscellaneous equipment in accordance with contract specifications. The contractor shall assemble the control building on pier foundations that will be designed and installed by others.

Key dates include the bid availability date of May 21, 2026, at 7:30 AM CDT, an optional non-mandatory pre-bid meeting via Microsoft Teams on June 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM CDT, and a bid submission deadline of June 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT. Prospective bidders are encouraged to participate in the pre-bid meeting to review contract specifications and clarify any questions regarding contract requirements.
