Preventative Maintenance and Repairs, St. Petersburg Police Department DAIKIN chillers

The City of St. Petersburg Police Department is soliciting preventative maintenance and repair services for DAIKIN chillers located at the Police Department facility. The primary objective is to ensure each chiller remains fully operational and to prolong the life cycle expectancy of each asset through regular maintenance and necessary repairs.

The St. Petersburg Police Department location serves as a critical operations building and is designated as the Emergency Operations Center for the City of St. Petersburg as well as the backup Emergency Operations Center for Pinellas County. Given this critical designation, all equipment supporting department and city operations must remain in optimum service conditions at all times.

The scope of work includes preventative maintenance services and repair work on DAIKIN chillers. This is a sole source procurement. The proposal deadline for submission is July 16, 2024 at 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
