Desert Community Energy (DCE) is seeking a printing and mailing services provider that can assist with printing and mailing needs on an as-needed basis for an initial two-year contract. Services include bi-weekly mailings (approximately 370 postcards every two weeks), flyers as needed (approximately 850 per year), and bi-annual or annual mailings (approximately 10,000 postcards per year). Specifically, the scope includes: 1) Annual Joint Rate Mailers to existing customers (~10,000 per year), 2) Annual Power Content Label Mailers to existing customers (~10,000 per year), 3) Bi-weekly Post-launch Mailers to new customers (~370 every two weeks), 4) Bi-annual Net Energy Metering/Solar Billing Plan Customer Postcards to DCE solar customers (~5,000 postcards every two years), and 5) Program Flyers for community events (approx. 800-1200 per year). DCE would provide the design files for printing and mailing through their outreach consultant, Burke Rix Communications (BRC). The printing and mailing services provider would be required to sign an NDA to protect customer information.
