Printing, Copying, Assembly and Delivery of Circuit Maps

The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department, Power Delivery Division is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish and deliver copies of circuit maps. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for printing, copying, assembling, and delivering circuit maps as specified by PWP. The awarded bid will be used to generate a purchase order contract for a period of up to 3 years, providing ongoing supply of circuit maps to support the utility's power delivery operations.

Key submission dates include a Q&A deadline of June 19, 2023 at 9:00 PM and a proposal submission deadline of June 23, 2023 at 9:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/pasadena/projects/50422. Vendors must complete all required forms and attachments, including the Relevant Experience Form, DoIT Technical Questionnaire, Disclosure of Lobbying Activities, and Unique Entity ID documentation.

Evaluation criteria include vendor experience with similar circuit map printing and assembly work, technical capabilities, pricing, and compliance with City of Pasadena requirements.
