Printing, Copying, Assembly and Delivery of Circuit Maps

The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department, Power Delivery Division, is soliciting bids from qualified printing vendors to provide as-needed printing, copying, assembly, and delivery services for circuit maps and related drawing packages. The services encompass a comprehensive range of document processing activities including printing or copying maps and drawings, three-hole punching, inserting divider sheets, collating and assembling document sets, rolling drawings, securing rolled drawings with rubber bands, inserting drawing sets into City-provided hanging folder clamps, and delivering completed orders to designated PWP locations.

The contract award will establish a three-year agreement with the City of Pasadena. Bidders must submit comprehensive unit prices that include all costs necessary to perform the required services. Actual order quantities may vary based on City needs and operational requirements. Vendors are required to submit their bids through the City's eProcurement Portal.
