PRINTING & MAILING SERVICES FOR UTILITY BILLS & REMINDERS

This proposal is for the provision of printing and mailing services for utility bills and reminder notices issued by Brownsville Public Utilities (BPUB). The contractor will be responsible for printing and mailing residential utility bills (4 pages), commercial utility bills (4, 6, and 11-page formats), and reminder notices to BPUB customers. The scope includes handling various bill formats as specified in the exhibits provided.

The RFP was posted on July 31, 2023, and is now closed. Three addendums were issued during the proposal period to clarify requirements and provide additional information to prospective bidders. Detailed specifications for the residential bills, commercial bills, and reminder notices are provided in Exhibits A through E of the bid documents.

Prospective vendors were required to review all bid documents, addendums, and exhibit materials to understand the complete scope of work including printing specifications, mailing requirements, and delivery standards for the utility correspondence materials.
